You are the cheese to my macaroni.

I loved Juno!!! We went to the movies tonight with another couple and I am totally in love with the movie Juno! I recommend seeing it if you had the tiniest bit of desire...it's so worth it. However I'm going to follow that statement with this: tickets at the local Rave Motion Picture are now $9.50 each!!!! OMG! When did they go up again??????? I was thinking tickets were $8....I'm almost sure they were last time we went to the movies. Good grief! I can totally remember when the local theater in my home town went from $4.50 to $5 and we were outraged. Now $5 would be a bargain. So sad....at this rate, ten years from now movie tickets will be $14 or $15 a piece....that's ridiculous.

So, we had a super busy weekend. Yesterday after we went to lunch at Saltgrass Steakhouse (thanks for the gift card Lisa!), we used some free passes my SIL had and went to the Dallas Museum of Art. It was so awesome and I had the best time. We didn't get to see everything, but it reminded me how much I enjoy museums and we are definitely going back. Last night we went over to a friend's house for her 30th birthday celebration and played Guitar Hero until midnight (I rocked it out!). Today after morning services we met some of Nick's family at a cool pizza and games place for a birthday party for his 1 year old cousin. Nick and I totally rocked the games and won a little over 3000 tickets, so we bought some decent little toys for the kids that were there. After church tonight we went to Ghengis Grill for Mongolian food (so yum!) and then headed to the movies. It was a busy but super fun weekend.

I am hoping to hear something from the interview I had this past week. Tomorrow begins the final week at my job, and it's kind of weird to think that come Friday morning I don't have anywhere to get up and go to work to. At least I'll get a long weekend; I highly doubt any new job is going to start me on a Friday. I'll keep you all posted -- thanks to those who are concerned and keeping my situation in their prayers.
