I ran last night...on purpose. It was my idea. I did 1 mile. I walked for 1 minute, then jogged for 30 seconds, and so on. I survived. I might just do it again.
Does this mean you are trying the C25K program? That is what I am currently doing. I am on the walk/run 90 secs, then walk/run 4 minutes and repeat. Meaning that I walk 90 sec, then run 90 sec, then walk 4 min, etc....
I am trying to get some weight off and I would love to be able to run a 5K. Good luck!
