Kate's First Pumpkin

This year Kate was finally old enough to want in on the pumpkin action. We had some of the metal pumpkin cutters, so Yia yia helped Kate hammer them into her pumpkin. She really enjoyed the hammering part and deciding where to put her designs.

 When it was finished she wanted to lay in the closet floor and watch her candle burn. We finally convinced her to come out.

Later in the day she helped Yia yia carve a regular pumpkin pattern too, for just a little bit.
