Dress up

Kate likes to wear my clothes. She likes to play dress up, period. She's had an obsession with my shoes ever since she could walk, and at some point she moved on to my other clothes as well. The other day she came waltzing into the kitchen wearing my swimming hat and had put both her legs in one side of my shorts. She was so proud of herself and said she looked like Mommy today!

Today, it's 106 degrees outside and Kate has gone into her closet and pulled out her fleece scarf, hat and gloves. She's currently running around the house in winter gear asking me when it's going to get cold outside so she can go play like Winnie the Pooh.  (We have a couple of winter Pooh movies.)  That kid never ceases to crack me up.
