Birthday Girl

On the actual day of her birthday, I let Kate choose where she and Mommy would go have a special lunch together and then she got to choose what we did the rest of the day. Naturally she picked Cici's Pizza, and then she wanted to go to the park. We ended up visiting a couple of different parks during the day because the first one I took her to was new to us, and turns out it was mostly built for bigger kids and had a lot of climbing apparatuses that weren't really fun for her. So Mommy saved the day and found an awesome park in Colleyville that is built to look like a tree house with lots of cool places for her to play. We had a fun afternoon playing and watching the squirrels before we came home and called it a day. Then when Daddy got off work he took Kate on a special date to Chick-fil-a.
