This evening was Spring open house at school. It was a come and go event, and we waited for a while before heading to the school because we were waiting on Nick to get there from Dallas. His commute makes evening activities more of a challenge now, but thankfully he arrived with about 10 minutes to spare so she was able to show him some of the books she had written, as well as some other projects she had done. I'm thankful that he was able to make it, even if it was a bit of a stressful situation, wondering if he would get there in time.
