357 views and 4 favorites

Since I uploaded my picture of Michael Cera at Medieval Times on my flickr site, it has been viewed 357 times and is tagged as a favorite by 4 people. I'm sure my husband is quite proud, because he is the prominent person in the photo. I hope he doesn't get too self-conscience about it...hee hee.....it's even been linked to a few random celebrity blogs like this one. Wow...I wondered where all the views came from, and now I know! I can't take the photo down now though because it's part of my Project 365 set and then I'd have a gap. Yeah, I decided to give it a shot...at least 1 photo every single day for 365 days, although this year it's technically 366 days since we have February 29th thrown in there. We'll see if I can stick to it.

I went to my 2nd appointment and first official 2-times-around work-out yesterday at Curves. It was fun! I think I'm going to do okay. I have one more free appointment on Friday and then I can pay the moolah and become an officially "gym member". Curves is a little different from a traditional gym, so I don't necessarily feel like I've become one of those people. I do have to carry a gym bag now though. Wow. I have a gym bag. My friend Laurie goes to Curves too so I have a buddy to keep me motivated!! Woo-hoo! Read that Laurie?? You're partially in charge of checking on my progress!!

I've been in wedding planning mode lately trying to help my best friend with her impending nuptials. Originally I thought I had until April 20-something to get my butt into shape and help plan...but because the Navy goes by its own time line they had to move the date up until March 8! Wow...only 2 months. I'm going to have to be good!! The good news is that it leaves only a short amount of time for an overly stressed out friend instead of a full year of bride-zilla like behavior. I'm doing my best to help maintain a sense of calm for her, but given that she has less than 2 months to pull this together I can totally understand the stress. She bought her dress and ordered his ring, picked out a place and set a date and time, and she's discussing the cake stuff and looking for photographers. I'm making the invitations, which we're about to finalize the design on, and I'm also making some cute-but-not-necessary favors just because I thought of a great idea. It's all good.
